Key Duties Sales Valuer
* Conduct property valuations in the Tamworth area, providing accurate pricing and market insights for potential sellers.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the sales process.
* Generate new business by identifying opportunities and converting leads into property instructions.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and progression through the sales cycle.
* Represent the agency professionally within the local market, establishing a strong reputation and presence.
Skills Sales Valuer
* Proven experience in property valuation or estate agency
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets.
* Self-starter, able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
* A full UK driving license is essential.
Package Sales Valuer
* Salary: £26,000, with a strong bonus structure OTE: £55,000+
* Full-time, with immediate start available.
