Salary & Benefits: £46,000 - £62,000 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Responsibilities

* Optimize processes and solve problems to ensure smooth store operations and focused teams
* Ensure excellent customer service for all shoppers
Requirements
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Strong support skills for customers and team members
* Effective communication skills for challenging conversations
* Ability to monitor, manage, and improve store KPIs
