Basic Salary: £25,000
OTE: £30,000–£35,000

The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for generating and managing property sales, booking and conducting viewings, arranging valuations, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly targets. You’ll bring energy, ambition, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
 * Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
 * Liaise daily with buyers, sellers, and potential clients
 * Book and conduct property viewings, encouraging second viewings and offers
 * Record and update customer information on internal systems
 * Progress sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors and clients
 * Generate new business through proactive prospecting and valuations
 * Maintain accurate administrative and compliance records
 * Deliver exceptional service and uphold company values
Experience & Qualities Required
 * Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential sales
 * Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
 * Highly organised, target-driven, and self-motivated
 * Confident, professional, and a true team player
 * Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
