We are looking for a proactive and passionate Learning & Development Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. This role plays a key part in supporting the growth, confidence and capability of colleagues across our Children’s Homes, Young Adult Provision and Foundation teams.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality, face‑to‑face training sessions (e.g., Team Teach, Safeguarding, IPC, Welcome to Prior’s Court) and collaborate with trainers and subject‑matter experts to shape course content.
* Support recruitment and assessment activities, including interviewing Autism Practitioner candidates and contributing to medication assessments while maintaining occupational currency.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the L&D team, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate training records and compliance data.
* Coordinate training logistics, such as creating registers and evaluation forms, processing training data via PI, and liaising with managers to book staff onto required sessions, including Education Training Week.
* Assist with departmental operations, purchasing activities, and contributing to the development and maintenance of processes and procedures.
* Foster strong communication and collaboration, engaging with internal and external networks, representing the L&D team professionally, attending meetings and ensuring all work aligns with the Foundation’s values and vision.
