Job Description
The Commercial Property Lawyer will be:
3. Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters
4. Drafting and negotiating leases, acquisitions, and disposals
5. Supporting internal stakeholders on property-related legal issues
6. Managing legal risk across property transactions
7. Playing a key role in developing the in-house legal function
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Property Lawyer should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ years PQE
9. Experienced in commercial property law
10. Confident managing transactions independently
11. Comfortable working closely with non-legal stakeholders
12. Interested in developing and shaping an in-house function
