Deputy Manager (Clinical)– Nursing Home (Hertfordshire)
Location: On-site, Hertfordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £35,000 per annum + discretionary bonus
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established nursing home in Hertfordshire, for a Deputy Manager with a strong clinical background.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced professional—nurses are warmly encouraged to apply, even if your NMC PIN is no longer active. Your clinical insight and hands-on care experience will be highly valued in this leadership role.
About You
3+ years' experience in a care home management or senior care role
Previous clinical experience (e.g. ex-nurse or healthcare professional) preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent understanding of CQC standards and compliance
Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (preferred)
Confident communicator and team player
