The Role
As Financial Controller, you will take the lead in shaping the financial direction of this thriving hotel. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading on budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial performance across sales, costs, and profitability
Ensuring effective financial controls, with accurate recording of all revenues and expenditures
Overseeing, developing, and motivating the Finance Team to deliver operational excellence
Providing strategic financial insight to support senior leadership and enhance guest experience
