Infrastructure / 3rd Line IT Support Analyst x 2 - Bath - New Roles
Up to £48k + Excellent Benefits + Bonus
A leading provider of digital solutions - based in central Bath - requires two Infrastructure / 3rd Line IT Support Analysts to join its growing team!
Suitable candidates will have the following skills/experience:
* Strong experience of working within IT/infrastructure support environments (providing 3rd line support)
* Substantial experience of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs etc
* Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure - particularly AWS - woule be advantageous
* Good understanding of core network principles
* Any exposure to Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines beneficial.
Additionally, you will have a strong willingness to learn coupled with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
