The Operational Key Account Manager (OKAM) plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring seamless operational delivery, and driving continuous improvement across logistics services. This role is central to Kuehne+Nagel’s commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-centric logistics solutions
How you create impact
1. Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned key accounts.
2. Lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
3. Design and implement customer-specific logistics solutions.
4. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
5. Monitor and improve performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
6. Maintain and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
7. Support RFQs and quotations with data insights.
8. Facilitate EDI implementation and maintain KN systems setup.
What we would like you to bring
9. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or related field
10. Strong knowledge of import/export operations and trade regulations.
11. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
12. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
13. Willingness to travel and attend business/social events.
