We are delighted to be partnering with an established client who are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities, with opportunities for development and increased responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain sales and purchase ledgers, including reconciliations
* Process bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations
* Assist with month-end processes, journals, accruals, and prepayments
* Support management accounts preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements
* AAT Level 3 qualified or currently studying
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance roleUnderstanding of double-entry bookkeeping
