An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the leadership team at Hardwick Primary School, a thriving community primary school located in Bury St Edmunds.

We are looking to appoint a permanent Deputy Headteacher who will play a key role in the leadership of our school while maintaining a strong teaching commitment, ensuring you remain closely connected to classroom practice and pupil progress.

* is committed to inclusive practice and ongoing professional development
* is ready to lead an area of the curriculum and drive school improvement initiatives
* brings positivity, resilience and a good sense of humour to their leadership.
