 
        
        HR Business Partner, Pilgrim's Europe
Are you a dynamic, talented, people‑focused HR Business Partner who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment? Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Central team in our new state‑of‑the‑art Uxbridge offices. The HR Business Partner will be a credible and proactive member of the Central HR Team, accountable for delivering the HR plan and linking into the Group Strategic HR Plan by delivering policy and procedure within their area of responsibility. Provide leadership and direction to the wider central HR team, ensuring they understand their role in enabling the central functions to achieve business plans and objectives, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding results.
Essential Criteria
 * A passion for HR excellence, fully demonstrated by a proven track record in a previous organisation.
 * Minimum of 3 years previous HR Manager level experience within a similar industry or a comparable HR record that would enable delivering in the HRBP role.
 * Proven project management experience.
 * Have a proven track record of improving functional efficiencies through managing cost & people development.
 * Previous involvement in organisational change and restructuring to meet business needs, customer needs and continuous improvement.
 * Good commercial and financial acumen.
 * Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
