Role Overview
Lead and execute the digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, drive qualified leads, and enhance customer engagement across the UK and EU. You’ll oversee all marketing activity, manage the Marketing Team, and collaborate closely with Sales to deliver campaigns that accelerate customer conversion and strengthen loyalty throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across web, social, and third-party platforms to boost awareness, traffic, and sales.
* Manage company website, social media, and email marketing to attract and convert new customers.
* Plan and measure marketing activities, ensuring clear KPIs, ROI tracking, and data-driven improvement.
* Stay ahead of market trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Customer Experience & Journey:
* Map, analyse, and optimise the customer journey from awareness to loyalty.
* Use customer data, feedback, and analytics to improve touchpoints and communication across all stages.
* Strengthen customer relationships by ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions and messaging.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
* Lead, motivate, and develop the Marketing Team to deliver performance above baseline growth targets.
* Translate commercial ambitions into measurable marketing KPIs and monitor performance.
* Partner with Sales Managers and Outbound teams to align campaigns, messaging, and lead generation.
* Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture built on accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualities:
* Degree educated with proven digital marketing experience and eCommerce knowledge.
* Experience inveterinary, healthcare, or B2B/B2C consumables
* Strong analytical, creative, and strategic planning skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the confidence to drive change.
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and customer-focused with a collaborative approach.
* Familiarity with digital tools, analytics platforms, and social media technologies.
