What You’ll Be Doing Own the workshop flow – schedule jobs, book bikes in, and prioritise tasks to keep everything on track. Be the parts expert – order, manage, and deliver the right components at the right time. Support the team – work hand-in-hand with technicians, providing kits and “waiter service” support. Drive efficiency – monitor suppliers, cut lead times, and keep costs under control. Champion sustainability – contribute to our green parts initiative and help us build a cleaner future. What We’re Looking For A strong knowledge of motorcycle parts and workshop processes. Confidence with IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office. Clear, professional communication skills—whether on the phone or over email. A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to prioritise under pressure. Experience in parts requisition, workshop support, or logistics.
