Technical Project Manager London (Hybrid) | Approx. £76,000 (Plus Benefits) The Technical Project Manager will join the Business Transformation team supporting scalable compliance processes across areas such as trade compliance, anti-corruption, legal correspondence, and more. The role focuses on documenting Salesforce system changes, articulating compliance requirements into technical specifications, and supporting the implementation of enhanced systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities Salesforce System Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of all system-related changes/enhancements. Develop user guides, internal FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Technical Support Troubleshoot issues and support testing/QA activities. Compliance & Legal Translation Translate legal/regulatory requirements into clear technical specs for engineering teams. Project & Process Coordination Maintain project plans, timelines, and action logs. Coordinate system workshops and manage workflow approvals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related. 4 years of experience in project support/documentation within a tech environment. Strong Salesforce documentation and system admin experience. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). Understanding of compliance in a tech setting is a plus.
