Description Key Areas of Responsibility: Demonstrate the requisite skills expected of an experienced Financial Planner, e nsuring advice is delivered within the firm’s advice and risk framework. Develop new client relationships via external sources (professional intermediaries, referrals, networks, etc.) and internally with investment managers, etc, working in partnership to ensure the delivery of good client outcomes. Maintain and develop appropriate professional qualifications. If not already held, you will be expected to achieve Chartered Financial Planner status. Share knowledge and experience with colleagues in a collaborative manner. Mentor and train other team members to assist them in their professional development. Contribute towards the development of financial planning across the Firm. Maintain and promote the ethos, culture and values of the Raymond James Group at all times. Comply with the Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as well as the Group's related Policies and Procedures and Staff Handbook. Maintain SPS by complying with Group procedures and FCA Requirements. About You: Degree, or equivalent (preferred). Minimum CII, or equivalent, Level 6 qualified. Y ou will be expected to achieve Chartered Financial Planner status. A minimum of five years’ experience of delivering financial planning across all key areas of advice. A proven track record in building and managing a book of private clients and providing them with appropriate wealth management solutions. Experience of mentoring and developing others. Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure the right client outcome is delivered. Strong networking and communication skills. Ability to perform independently while under pressure and to adjust plans to meet competing priorities and changing needs.
