About the Role
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our busy administration team based at Keighley College. We are a friendly and enthusiastic team with a passion for working with a diverse group of people to deliver an outstanding customer experience to our students, visitors, and stakeholders.

What You Will Do
1. Provide all aspects of administration support to the College.
2. Assist in data entry for enrolments and admissions throughout the year.
3. You will maintain student records.
4. Deal with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
5. Provide excellent customer service at all times.

6. Be able to communicate well at all levels.
7. Have good attention to detail.
8. Work flexibly in line with business needs.
9. Be willing to learn and develop new skills.
10. Experience of working in a customer-focused role/environment.
