qualified and dedicated English Teacher
to join a supportive secondary school in the
Flint area
on a
full-time, long-term basis. This role is to start
as soon as possible
and offers stability within a well-established English department. The Role Deliver high-quality English lessons across
Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Effectively
prepare Year 11 students for GCSE examinations Create a positive, well-managed classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and engagement Track, assess, and support student progress in line with school expectations Marking time will be built into the timetable, and
lesson plans are already in place, allowing you to focus on delivery and assessment Work collaboratively with department colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning Essential Requirements Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or equivalent Specialism in
English Proven
excellent classroom management
skills Experience teaching
