The Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our front‑of‑house leadership team. This is a hands‑on role for a natural host who leads from the floor and takes pride in delivering seamless service. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will: Supervise daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences. Lead, support, and mentor servers, hosts, and bartenders. Collaborate closely with management and kitchen teams to maintain service standards. Lead pre‑shift briefings and help foster a positive, motivated, and knowledgeable team culture. Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently. Monitor floor performance, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. Assist with reservations, floor plans, and opening/closing procedures. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has 3 years’ experience in a high‑quality or fine‑dining restaurant environment. Demonstrates strong leadership skills and clear communication. Has a genuine passion for hospitality and consistency in service. Possesses strong wine knowledge (WSET or equivalent preferred, but not essential). Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and remains calm under pressure. Is flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends.
