Radis Community Care HR Business Partner Role
Radis Community Care has an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our services across South Wales, Bristol, Portsmouth, Reading, Devon, and North Somerset.
This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel (approximately 70%) to the supported services, with some home working. You will have access to a desk and office facilities at one of our local services.
About the role
The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in collaborating with management and employees to provide comprehensive, value-added HR services.
* Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, providing policy guidance and interpretation.
* Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, including TUPE transfers.
* Offer timely and professional guidance to managers and employees.
* Conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
* Implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
* Partner with leadership to develop and execute organisational strategies.
* Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to manage employees effectively, reduce legal risks, and ensure compliance.
* Drive HR initiatives to attract and retain talent.
* Collaborate with managers to understand future resourcing needs and develop strategic solutions.
* Support the performance appraisal process and provide performance management guidance.
* Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
* Analyse HR data to identify organisational issues and develop solutions.
* Provide guidance on pay and remuneration issues.
* Work with HR Shared Services to identify and implement process improvements for HR excellence.
Skills and qualifications
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, conscientious, proactive, and work with integrity. Requirements include:
* At least 2 years of experience in a busy HR department in a similar role.
* A minimum of CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
* Understanding of HR processes and current UK employment law.
* Experience providing HR advice within the care sector is preferred but not essential.
* Valid car for business use and willingness to stay overnight occasionally.
