They are seeking a Customer Success Manager – entry level – who can grow and nurture existing client relationships, drive revenue growth, and maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the market.
Base pay range
Customer Success Manager
* Competitive basic salary of £28k
* OTE/Commission, potentially raising total package to £38k

Responsibilities
* Deliver on assigned revenue and profit margin targets
* Develop account plans and strategy for a defined group of existing customers
* Collaborate with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
* Manage relationships, represent client interests, propose solutions and cross‑sell services
* Build solution knowledge and keep abreast of marketplace, competitors, and client needs
Requirements
* Degree level education preferable but not essential
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Self‑motivated with strong desire to succeed
