Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager
Location: Bridgwater
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Epwin Group is the UK’s leading PVC-U manufacturing operation with an extensive range of well-known brands and products. Window Store part of a 15 Branch nationwide distribution network of the group, are currently seeking to recruit an exceptional Assistant Branch Manager for their branch in Bridgwater.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will need to demonstrate a strong sales history in the PVC building products or general building/construction sectors. The ability to build strong customer relationships is a critical element of this position.
Responsibilities include:
1. Quoting and selling of the PVCu product range to customers
2. Serving and managing customer enquiries
3. Reporting information on costs, sales and general market and customer feedback
4. Managing daily delivery and dispatch process and ensuring correct routing
5. Ensuring Invoices, Sales Orders and Credit notes are entered on to the system within a set time frame
6. Warehouse and driving duties
Skills/Attributes:
7. Outstanding sales, communication and organisation skills
8. A firm understanding of what makes for a superior customer experience
9. Knowledge and experience within the PVCu Window, Cellular and Composite Door or wider construction industries would be an advantage.
10. Self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic
11. Broad based computer skills
12. Previous sales experience in a branch environment
13. A clean driver licences
