FM Project Manager
Location: Portsmouth
Salary range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
We are urgently seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Project Manager to assist with the delivery of projects based in Birmingham. The role involves working on behalf of a multinational facilities management company, typically managing over 100 projects simultaneously, ranging from £1k to over £1M, including small works, minor maintenance, and larger, complex projects.
Key responsibilities for the FM Project Manager include but are not limited to:
* Full accountability for the P&L of each project.
* Identifying and generating project opportunities within a set portfolio of maintenance contracts.
* Collaborating with developers, designers, and subcontractors to define and document scopes of work.
* Developing comprehensive project scopes aligned with business cases and desired outcomes, within budget and profit margins.
* Managing, preparing, and evaluating tenders on behalf of clients.
* Identifying, mitigating, and managing statutory and commercial risks associated with projects.
* Ensuring compliance with project management policies and procedures.
* Managing daily operational aspects of projects from start to finish, including estimating, business development, quantity surveying, subcontractor management, and site supervision.
* Agreeing on payment schedules and processing payment applications.
* Producing high-quality progress and other project reports.
Note: Due to the nature of the contract, candidates will be required to undergo a security clearance process.
