The Opportunity
As CTO you will be the architect of TicketCo’s technical future, driving innovation, ensuring technology serves a clear purpose, and building the best fan journey in the world.
What You Will Do
* Lead and develop our technology organization, delivering world‑class solutions for sports clubs and fans.
* Shape and execute the long‑term technology roadmap and align it with business goals.
* Own operations and support in the tech department, enabling a platform that transacts millions of tickets each year.
* Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer, overall teams and pilot customers to refine the platform.
* Work with partners to integrate across the digital ecosystem of sports for customer value.
* Build and own a budget for tech development, with a significant part dedicated to R&D.
* Oversee high‑performing technology partnerships, ensuring delivery against strategic goals with speed, quality and security.
Who You Are
* A strategic technology leader with proven experience scaling SaaS platforms, ideally in sports tech, fan engagement, fintech and/or ticketing.
* Skilled at driving technical vision and understanding real‑world impact and customer value.
* Passionate about solving problems, learning from mistakes, and thriving in an open, trustworthy, honest culture.
* A comfortable architectural leader who enjoys recruiting, coaching teams and guiding them through growth and change.
* Excited to be part of a growth journey where you can shape both product and organization.
* Enjoys an international environment and masters fluent English; the company language.
