Key Worker
Salary: Starting from £25,630 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 35 per week
Location: Windsor and Maidenhead
Contract: Fixed Term until March 2026

We provide a range of services for those affected by alcohol and other drugs across Windsor & Maidenhead.
As a Keyworker in our service, you will be responsible for delivering a safe high quality service to those you support. Duties will include assessment and engagement support, case load management, needle syringe programme delivery, harm reduction and health promotion.
You will have good knowledge of the effects of different substances and related harms, as well as the ability to deliver harm reduction advice and effective one to one support.

Our staff teams are motivated and committed to delivering a quality service to residents of Windsor & Maidenhead and we are looking for likeminded individuals to join us. You will have good Microsoft Office skills and be able to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively. You will have integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference.
The services operate core hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. They also offer additional service hours on a Tuesday between 9am - 7pm which may occasionally need covering.
