Key Responsibilities: The opportunity We're looking for a Director of Growth - Medium In Life UKI to lead one of the most critical growth levers in the business: our existing medium customer base. You'll be accountable for designing and executing cross functional growth plans that will: - Deliver 115% RRbV, making In Life the biggest growth driver for UKI Medium - Accelerate customer time to value - Drive deep customer value consumption, particularly across AI, workflow automation and payments This role is about unlocking growth already within our customer base - turning adoption into expansion, value into advocacy, and strategy into sustained commercial results. What you'll do As Director of Growth, you will: Turn strategy into growth - Translate global strategy and propositions into a clear UKI Medium In Life Growth Strategy - Partner with the VP In Life to set and deliver customer and commercial goals - Use customer, market, competitive and performance insight to shape high impact growth priorities Lead aligned, end to end execution - Create single, integrated growth plans across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partners - Ensure clarity, alignment and momentum across teams - everyone knows what matters and how to deliver it - Own execution, performance tracking, risk management and optimisation against revenue, margin and growth targets Accelerate time to value & adoption - Drive focused initiatives that shorten customer time to value - Significantly increase adoption of AI, workflow automation and payments - Enable GTM teams to leverage AI tools for scale, efficiency and quality Launch with confidence - Lead end to end execution of product, proposition and campaign launches - Ensure GTM readiness and commercial success across all customer facing teams Build and lead a high performing team - Lead and develop a team of 1-4 Senior Growth Managers - Create a high performance, high support culture grounded in trust, accountability and inclusion - Coach, challenge and inspire your team and peers to raise the bar What success looks like You'll know you're succeeding when you see: - Strong cross functional alignment, belief and execution at pace - Consistent achievement of net £ARR growth, margin and customer satisfaction targets - Faster customer time to value and increased value consumption - High performing, AI enabled GTM teams - Medium In Life growth accelerating beyond 15% revenue growth and 115% RRbV What you'll bring You're a senior growth leader who thrives on complexity, influence and impact.
