Job Description
£34,000 starting salary rising to £37,000 upon qualification plus an additional 10% for hours worked between 18:00 - & 20% between 22:00 - 06:00 plus great benefits package!
Night Shift Patterns Available:
1. Sun - Thu 18:00 - 02:30 or 21:00 -
2. Mon - Fri 18:00 - 02:30 or 21:00 - 05:30

A satisfying role
In this role, you’ll succeed by helping everyone else do the same. You’ll give your driver and warehouse colleagues the knowledge and skills they need to do their jobs safely and brilliantly. This means sharing training on everything from Sysco’s culture and customer commitment to food safety, warehouse processes and wellbeing. You’ll work with department leaders too, to identify any other training their teams need.
What you bring to the mix
An experienced Reach FLT driver, you’ll have a background working in a warehouse environment. With a desire to share your knowledge and skills with others, you have everything it takes to succeed with Sysco:
3. commitment to personal development, and with our support, gaining the necessary training qualifications
4. a passion for providing excellent training to colleagues of every level
5. strong planning and organisational skills
6. the ability to communicate and build relationships with all kinds of people
7. an understanding of GDPR and record-keeping regulations.
