Job Title: 1-2-1 SEND Tutor Job Type: Temporary/part time Hours available range from 2 hours per week to 30 hours per week (within school hours) Location: Bolton Salary: £28-£32 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced 1-2-1 Tutor to support pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in the Bolton area, who are not currently attending an education provision for a variety of reasons. Pupils may have a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. You will tutor in Maths and English at levels appropriate to each pupil, ranging from Functional Skills to Key Stage 1-4 curriculum. Tuition sessions are delivered during school hours, so you must have availability during these hours. Tuition assignments vary in length, but referrals are frequent and consistent, meaning there is usually another opportunity available when one ends. Tuition assignments are face-to-face, either in the home setting, library, or school.
