Due to an expansion in business we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Operator to assist the manufacturing operation at our client based in Huthwaite
Reporting to the Sales Order Processing Manager the role is to handle Customer issues, day to day entry into the complaints system and support any incoming glass price requests. To provide a proactive service experience for all customers and support any other departmental functions as directed.
Duties will include accuracy of data input, providing a 24hr response time, providing quotations where necessary, understanding Customer specification and requirements quickly and efficiently and liaising with all internal departments to ensure Customers expectations are met.
Applicants will need to display the following skills and experience:
Accurate in data entry with a high attention to detail
Observant with the ability to spot discrepancies.
Excellent organisation and time management
A good communicator.
Need to be self-motivated, courteous and have a good telephone manner.
An ability that enables customers to talk through their needs.
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Able to understand technical requirements and process effectively and accurately.
Computer Literate
Must be willing to undertake any training requirements commensurate to the post.
