1. Lead field operations for ground‑up and interior construction projects
2. Manage subcontractors, scheduling, site safety, logistics, and inspections
3. Ensure high‑quality delivery while maintaining project timelines and budgets
4. Collaborate closely with the PM team and senior leadership
5. Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and partners

The Successful Applicant
6. 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
7. Strong field leadership and communication skills
8. Proven ability to run schedules, safety, subcontractors, and quality control
9. Self‑driven, accountable, and thrives in an autonomous environment
