We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to coordinate, manage, and control design activities on multi-disciplinary commissions.
About the role:
* Oversee activities on development projects involving Highway Design, Infrastructure, Flood Risk, Drainage, Land, Transport Planning, Ecology, and BNG.
* Coordinate third-party consultants as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing bid proposals, managing projects from technical and financial perspectives, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
* Design coordination, review, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Setting objectives, defining tasks, and managing project teams.
* Maintaining project delivery schedules, reporting on performance, and managing risks and changes.
* Handling invoicing, credit control, and financial monitoring.
Ideal candidate requirements:
* Degree in Project Management or relevant Engineering discipline.
* At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role, with large land development projects.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Experience managing medium to large design projects to scope, time, and budget.
