Overview
HR Administrative Assistant role at Stowe Valley Multi Academy Trust. Location: Oakley. Term time only plus 5 Inset Days and 20 days to be worked during school holiday periods. 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm). Permanent contract, term time only plus weeks. Salary: Scale E 4–6, actual salary £19,365.63. Start date: TBC. Closing Date: 20/10/2025 09:00. Interview Date: 23 October 2025. This post is based at Oakley School in Leamington Spa, with occasional travel to other Trust sites as required.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Administrator to join our Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) Central HR Department.
Responsibilities
The role involves providing administrative support within the Central HR Department. Occasional travel to other Trust sites may be required.

* An experienced administrator with a proactive and flexible approach.
* A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Previous HR experience is not required — full training will be provided.
