Key Responsibilities: Assist Transport Team with planning and communicating routes to drivers where required Assist drivers with downloading tacho records and identifying any discrepancies or omissions, referring to the Assistant Depot Manager where necessary to ensure relevant follow up action is taken Respond to customer queries, ensuring any discrepancies are recorded, investigated and resolved in a timely manner. Update and maintain electronic and manual records in accordance with company systems, processes and procedures where required Advise and guide other colleagues where required to ensure all working procedures and processes are complied with General Responsibilities: Promote company values and code of conduct in all that you do and to others you come into contact with Adhere to company rules, policies, procedures consistently and encourage others to do the same Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation impacting on your role where required Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure that confidentiality is applied where appropriate Be flexible in accordance with the needs of the business Qualifications and Experience: Qualified to Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent Experience of working in a team-based office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role. IT literate in Microsoft Office packages and have the ability to compile, analyse and interpret relevant data Skills and Abilities: Ability to use initiative and to be so organised that key tasks can be completed fully and on time.
