Senior Stylist (37.5 hours per week) - Ashford

THE ROLE
Our senior stylists are the fundamental link between our products and customers, delivering exceptional service based on great product knowledge, selling skills and styling, while setting a positive example on the team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* You will be responsible for the opening/closing of the store, demonstrating confidence with cash handling, keyholding and security, deploying the team and delivering team briefs.
* You will manage the delivery of our products, ensuring efficient processing by the team and quick product placement.
* You’ll address all daily tasks and requests accurately and quickly, adhering to company policies and collaborating with the stylists.
* You will implement best practice and ways of working, mentoring new joiners and demonstrating the AllSaints way.
* You will support the brand leader and store manager with management responsibilities, ensuring back‑of‑house operations are completed and standards maintained.
* You will act as a point of contact for any general queries from stylists and maintain shift rosters.
* You will lead the placement of bestsellers and key investment merchandising to entice customers.
* You will identify selling opportunities by actively approaching all customers, building rapport, styling and closing sales.
* You will handle and respond to first‑line customer queries, emails, chats and calls via our online system.
* You will make service decisions to resolve customer issues while maintaining loyalty and trust.
* You will use all available training material to display thorough product knowledge and up‑skill the team.
* You will ensure impeccable presentation of the store in terms of cleanliness, organisation and merchandising.
* You will influence and coach team members to maximise their growth within the brand.
* You will inspire others and work as one team to deliver an exceptional brand experience consistent with our values.
* You will be predominantly store based, with 30‑50 % of your time spent on online customer service, either from the store or from time to time at home.
* You will work in partnership with our specialist customer experience team leaders, receiving coaching on service delivery and escalating more complex queries promptly.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
* Minimum of a year in a stylist role at AllSaints before progressing to senior.
* Established role model with consistent performance and leadership ambition.
* Live and breathe AllSaints values and explain them confidently to the team.
* Comfortable with AllSaints processes and procedures.
* Positive attitude that drives a winning mentality among teammates.
* Action‑oriented, solution‑driven, proactive in problem solving.
* Tech savvy: comfortable with in‑store digital tools and online customer service.
* Assert authority fairly and consistently; trusted to handle minor store or people issues.
* Innovative and reactive to trade, quickly adapting shop floor focus to meet targets.
* Passion for fashion and an ambassador for AllSaints, believing in the power of a great outfit.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our outlet store in Ashford, Kent has been open since 2016 and usually trades from 10:00 am – 20:00 pm (subject to seasonal change). The outlet centre features Europe’s largest living wall, reducing air pollution and aiding biodiversity. The team is welcoming and ensures everyone feels comfortable and enjoys their in‑store experience.
