Your Role:
* Lead or support chemical development work on new and existing processes
* Perform analytical testing and interpret results to optimise performance
* Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process challenges
* Prepare representative samples and determine best methods in consultation with senior colleagues
* Collaborate with technical teams including analytical, engineering, formulation, manufacturing, and SHE functions
* Document and communicate findings across all levels of the organisation
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in Chemistry (PhD welcome)
* Strong background in synthetic or process chemistry
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multi-functional teams
* Bonus: Experience with HPLC and GC techniques (not essential)
