Team Leader PM Shift £14.28ph (Apply online only) Mon to Fri Temporary to Permanent Leading from the front in this role, your day to day duties would include, but not limited to: * Compiling staff rotas. * Dealing with leave requests and arranging cover when necessary * Planning workloads. * Allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets * Briefing teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news * Maintaining safety standards * Training staff and ensuring training is up to date * Ensuring that quality standards are upheld * Conducting performance reviews * Customer liaison * Overseeing business audits Previous supervisory experience is essential as well as previous MHE use such as PPT or FLT.
