Overview
You will work alongside the accountant in the production of spreadsheets and statistical data to support the management team, and as an aid to business decisions. Alongside day-to-day accounts you will also complete the following tasks:
Responsibilities
* Forecasts
* Estimates
* Assist with the production of the Management Accounts
* Payroll
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Accruals and Prepayments
* Cash Flow
* Reconciling Manufacturer Bonuses
* Credit Control
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Assistant Accountant looking to take the next step up. A working knowledge of the Kerridge accounting system would be ideal but not essential, as well as previous Motor Trade experience. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with all financial and non-financial colleagues, clients and customers, and will exhibit exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. You should have knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages, good organisational skills, and excellent communication skills.

This is a Full-Time, permanent role offering a basic salary of £28,000 depending on experience plus an excellent range of company benefits.
