My client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis.
They are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual for a client-facing role. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring clear communication and meticulous attention to detail throughout each project's lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and interpret incoming client briefs, ensuring they are accurately prepared and communicated across relevant departments.
2. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously through estimating, development, manufacturing, and dispatch phases.
3. Maintain regular communication with clients to inform them on project progress and key milestones.
4. Act as a central point of contact, coordinating effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
5. Ensure all tasks are executed with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
6. Coach and mentor Junior Account Managers.
Candidate Requirements
1. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
2. Proven ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
3. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using project management or CRM tools.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong reporting and documentation skills.
7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Previous supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
