The Opportunity
We are seeking an Administrator to support a Capital Works team delivering social housing maintenance projects in Sheffield. This is a long-term temporary assignment, initially offered on a 12-week contract, with the potential to extend.
The role is site-based and located in the S5 area of Sheffield, working within a busy capital works environment.
Role Summary
ITS Property Maintenance is looking to appoint a reliable and organised Administrator to provide comprehensive office and project support to our Capital Works operation.
You will play a key part in keeping administrative processes running smoothly, ensuring information is recorded accurately, documentation is well maintained, and the team is supported in meeting project deadlines.
Interviews are available on 22nd and 23rd December, with a proposed start date of 5th January.
Project Background
ITS Property Maintenance is working in partnership with a client to deliver a major energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and net zero programme, helping to enhance the quality and sustainability of homes throughout Sheffield.
Key Duties

Providing general administrative and clerical support

Maintaining trackers, logs, and internal records

Entering data accurately and within required timeframes
*
Responding to queries from team members and the client
*
Preparing clear, professional documentation and correspondence
*
Assisting the team in achieving deadlines and performance targets
Preferred Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
*
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
*
Confidence updating spreadsheets and handling data entry
*
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
*
High attention to detail and accuracy
*
Clear verbal and written communication skills
