Due to continuing growth, Vision Events (UK) Ltd have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our Admin Team in Edinburgh.
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining production processes by co-ordinating resources, communication and logistics for live events. While day-to-day work will be directed by the Production Manager, you will also work closely with Project Managers, the Technical and Warehouse Teams and Accounts Department.

You will join a diverse Team with a creative and innovative approach to projects, delivering high quality events and meetings to venues throughout Edinburgh and the UK.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
* Co-ordinate daily production activities for jobs, ensuring projects remain on schedule
* Maintain production calendars, adding and updating job information
* Liaise with Project Managers to track job status and update job information
* Book, allocate and manage resources including travel, accommodation and crew
* Book, allocate and manage vehicles bookings
* Assist with collating information for production reports and maintain accurate documentation
* Liaise with the Technical and Warehouse Team to ensure kits are complete and ready to go onsite
Skills and experience preferred:
* Excellent all-round communication skills with good literacy and numeracy skills
* Strong team working skills, with a can-do attitude
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Multi-tasking abilities, confident handling multiple and changing priorities
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn other systems ie industry specific software
* Working knowledge of the events industry
* Have a flexible approach to working hours
Contract: 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of our business and according to the workload, start and finish times may vary.
Salary: from £28,000pa (depending on experience) plus benefits
