Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager responsible for overseeing sales operations across primarily London and the South East UK. In this role, you will manage and grow customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market analysis, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Regular collaboration with internal teams and building long-term partnerships with key clients will also be integral parts of this role.

* Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development in the construction or related industries
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
* Experience in contract negotiation and handling customer inquiries
* Familiarity with construction-related products and services is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
* Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland as needed
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant work experience preferred, but not essential
