Main purpose of the role/Key objectives
To be responsible for an assortment of electrical installations across site.
Accountabilities
* Production of high-quality components to the required specification and standards, in line with the S.O.P
* Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures
* Successful collaboration with team members to ensure an efficient and effective production process
* Ensure any quality or safety issue is reported appropriately
* Comply with all Enlight10's ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives
Roles and Responsibilities
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
* Assist in the production of high-quality components
* Use hand and power tools to shape, cut and assemble wood components
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning tools and work areas
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
* Report any safety concerns to the Supervisor/Factory Manager
Key Skills
* ECS Gold Card Requirement - 2391 Testing Preferrable
* Demonstratable problem solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced site environment
* Good understanding of health and safety procedures
* Ability to promote a ‘right first time’ approach to work
