Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – Candidate Profile
* A 2:1 or higher degree in a STEM subject (Maths, Science, Engineering, etc.)
* Confidence to support students with complex STEM topics at GCSE and A-Level
* Prior experience in tutoring or education is a bonus but not essential
* Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring young people
* A genuine desire to become a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant and contribute to STEM education in Enfield
