We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Clinical Engineering Manager to oversee the delivery of medical equipment management services across multiple healthcare sites nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong people leader with a background in biomedical or clinical engineering. The successful candidate will manage and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance and customer satisfaction are achieved. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, managing KPIs and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Managing clinical engineering services across multiple sites Leading and developing engineering teams Ensuring SLA/KPI performance targets are met Overseeing medical equipment maintenance and lifecycle management Supporting compliance, audits and quality processes Managing customer relationships and escalations Producing reports and supporting operational improvements What Were Looking For: Strong biomedical/clinical engineering experience Previous leadership or management experience Knowledge of medical device management and compliance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and organised approach to work This is a hybrid role involving regular UK travel and would suit someone looking to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation.
