Overview
Are you a Machine Operative with experience in food manufacturing, looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? Were currently hiring Machine Operatives based in Runcton to set up, run, and maintain production line machinery, ensuring products are packed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Setting up and operating packing line machinery correctly and safely
* Running flow wrapping and vertical filling lines independently
* Carrying out quality checks and keeping production moving smoothly
* Reducing waste and meeting daily KPIs (waste reduction, OEE, packs per minute, cost per pack)
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and safety
* Reporting issues to your Line Leader or Shift Manager promptly
* Supporting continuous improvement projects and training others where required
Qualifications & Requirements
* Health & Safety awareness (essential)
* Food Safety qualification (desirable)
* Previous food manufacturing experience (desirable)
* Machine operating skills (desirable)
* Ability to follow processes accurately and safely
* Full right to work in the UK

Compensation:£12.80ph with training and development opportunities available. Monday to Friday Day Shifts 6am-4pm
