* Salary: £12.50 per hour.
* Hours of Work: 40 hours a week between 9.00 am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
* Additional Overtime: 1 or 2 Saturdays per month, 9.00 am to 12.00 pm, paid at time and a half.
* Payment Frequency: Paid weekly or monthly.
* Breaks: 45-minute lunch break.

Duties:
* Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and answer queries.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, monitoring and addressing queries proactively.
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Skills:
* Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
* Ability to analyse customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
* Self-motivated, with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of customer issues.
* Flexible, hard-working, and able to work effectively alone or in a team.
* Prior experience in a customer service role is essential.
