We are currently recruiting for a Chef to join our team based in Leprino - Glanbia Cheese Factory, Magheralin. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern:
* 8 Hours per Week
* Saturday and Sunday
* 7am - 11am

The Role:
* Help to keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring everything is clean, tidy, safe, and hygienic.
* Receive and store deliveries.
* Stock rotation and replenishment.
* Organise the storeroom.
* Be aware of H&S in the workplace and use of HACCP system.
* Conduct thorough deep cleaning of the kitchen as required, including equipment and storage areas.
* Comply with all company and legal procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and personal requirements.
The Person:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Food Hygiene Level 3 qualified.
* Leads by example and lives our values.
* Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and reputation.
* Self-motivated, working independently and on own initiative.
* Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
