Responsibilities
* Strategy: Partner with the division leadership team to develop and refine the division’s long-term strategic plan.
* Develop and track important metrics to measure progress towards strategic goals.
* Lead planning sessions and workshops across the organization, and coordinate the annual STRAP process.
* Develop and curate operations network strategy across all sites and supply chain.
* Communicate the strategic vision and goals to all employees.
PMO Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the PMO team, setting vision, direction, and performance expectations.
* Develop and implement project management methodologies, standard processes, and tools.
* Ensure consistent application of project management processes across all functions and Business Units.
* Establish and manage a comprehensive project portfolio, prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment and demonstrating the value of the Big Rocks and A3 processes.
* Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
* Provide mentorship and support to project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead process improvement efforts for the division, striving to enhance operational effectiveness; develop a roadmap of projects that deliver significant value across business units and functions.
Additional Responsibilities
* Manage the PMO budget and resources effectively.
* Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future performance.
* Collaborate with other departments, like Finance, HR, and IT, to guarantee alignment and backing for central initiatives.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within strategy, project management, or a related field.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
* Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and standard processes (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Experience leading and managing a high-performing team.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
