FLT Counterbalance Driver
Linkster are recruiting for experienced Warehouse FLT Counterbalance Driver for our client based in Lichfield. This role is part of a 12-week Temp-to-Perm engagement, offering long-term career prospects for suitable candidates.
Main Duties FLT Counterbalance Driver:
* As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will be operating a Forklift Truck in Fradley Park, Lichfield.
* Your responsibilities will include scanning paperwork, unloading lorries, putting stock into storage, and transporting goods around the warehouse.
* This role is focused purely on FLT work.
Additional Details FLT Counterbalance Driver:
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday weekly rotating shift pattern, 07:0015:00, and 11:00-19:00 with regular overtime available.
* Duration: A 12-week Temp-to-Perm arrangement with consistent hours and the potential for long-term employment.
* Benefits: Paid breaks, a competitive salary of £28,662 per annum, plus overtime rates of £20.67 per hour for hours over 40 and Saturday work, while Sunday and Bank Holiday work will earn you £27.56 per hour. Additionally, there are bonus payments totalling £1,000 per annum, distributed as £500 every six months.
