About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Chef Manager to oversee a dynamic seven-day operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to manage a team of 10 staff, ensuring excellent food quality, seamless operations, and a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and lead a team of 10 staff, fostering collaboration and enthusiasm.
* Operational Oversight: Develop and manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts.
* Compliance: Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
* Financial Management: Oversee budgets, food costings, and profitability while maintaining quality and value.
* Administrative Accuracy: Ensure all company bookwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
* Menu Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to menus, driving innovation and excitement in food offerings.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef Manager at a large site.
* Level 3 Food Safety, Level 3 Allergy Awareness, and Level 2 Health and Safety certifications.
* Proven financial acumen with strong knowledge of food costings and budgeting.
* Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
* Passionate about food innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
